The screenshots were taken with an N800 using OS2007, but the same directions work for os2008, so should work for the N810 as well. We had one report that they didn't work for os2006 (N770).
At this time, the WPA network only works with Physics accounts, not University Internet accounts.
Open the “Connectivity” Control Panel, then click Connections” and “New”, then enter settings as shown below:
On this screen, enter your Physics username and password:
Before you finish, open the “Advanced Settings” window, and under the “EAP” tab, enter your Physics username as below:
Finally, to connect without any security prompts, you need to tell the N800 which certificate authority to trust for the connection. Open the “Certificate manager” control panel, and find the “Thawte Premium Server CA” (under the “Authorities” tab).
You don't need to do this step with OS2008, as it has the certificates set up correctly already
Double-click it to open, then hit the “Trust” button and check “WLAN”:
Now you should be able to select the “PhysicsWPA” wireless network to connect to, and it should connect without further intervention.
