  * Ragnhild continues to debug Commander; see slides linked above. 
    * slide 2: She is working with Commander2 and using Clem's new simulations
    * The Cl estimation done within C2 while it is doing its foreground estimation over estimates the CMB power. Slide 3 shows the overestimate for r=0.003 and slide 4 for r=0.
