1.AAS meeting:

Shaul talked with a vice president of AAS, clarified that AAS does not approve special session for mission in planing, only approves combined session. Initiative for special session dropped. 

2. current version of sensitivity figure

6 bands are blue, which are not correct, should be sets of 3, will fix

Title, polarized amplitude, not properly representing the noise.

Amy suggests to label the lensing as BB-lensing. 

Amy: colors for bars may be more confusing than helpful

Shaul: synchrotron should not be same color as bars. 

Shaul: Dotted line is a single spectrum synchrotron, it does not include change with frequency; the change with frequency is encoded in the other. We would use either one, not both.

Q1. allocation of Science vs Engineering management and cost: 31/17, should we rebalance?

Amy: JPL template has more pages for Engineering. JPL template is based on Thea and S4

Shaul: S4 is not a good example because it had hundreds of pages for the science book. 

Q2. Science objective sections

Divided differently than the previous structure, Shaul think it makes more sense

Dave: it’s nice. People from different fields can understand how exciting overall. It’s nice organization for referee to get something quickly.

Q3. Writing allocation, commitment

Shaul will make calls, since not many people are attending today.


No meetings untill Shaul comes back from vacation on June 18.
