Discussion of CAA Findings \\
  *  have to look at the science impacts
    * start with sensitivity --- r is in "first place" scientifically
    * look at the high frequency bands
    * different technology, science most affected is galactic

  * what drives the cost of the spacecraft
     * data rate
     * spin rate
     * power for coolers
     * coolers are half the cost of the instrument
     * V-groove radiators --- honeycomb is massive, kapton-style lighter

  * Shaul - get risk list from Amy

  * Colin asked where CMB lensing fits in report, structure-formation science
     * will a plot of the lensing power spectrum appear?
     * Raphael - we can discuss.  No strong feeling about it.
     * neutrino mass, etc., ... lensing has to go somewhere
