Shaul: Do we have space or mandate to discuss connection to other issues (for decadal) in NASA report?

Last decade's report did discuss TD, balloons, much more comprehensive view. Was 2 reports, ~100 page EPIC plus 25 page community plan.
Lloyd: even in report there are some connections to ground. at least “what can't be done”
Shaul: So discussion of what to include in report in terms of what requires space and what doesn't?
Lloyd: yes, that's the suggestion. Shaul: makes sense, and needs to be addressed in report. So discussion makes sense.
