 +    * Articulating interesting constraints on r: Raphael says there are specific interesting targets at a level of 10^-4. But we should shy away from constraining specific models. __He will put together a group of people__.

In an e-mail Charles makes this comment about resolution: it's important to remember that there are actually two different questions.  One is what resolution do we need on the CMB itself, with the push for higher resolution coming from de-lensing.  The other is what resolution do we need on foregrounds, in order to achieve the necessary resolution of the CMB.  If we need low frequencies, as preliminary indications suggest we do, the question is at what resolution?
 +    * Spectrometer: Al is starting to put a group together. He reports on some of the science targets they are considering. Jamie: can the spectrometer constrain inflation parameters with the spectrometer?
