 +  * Organize now that there is a instrument baseline.

 +  * Date: Was plan to coordinate with an S4 meeting.  S4 is planning a 2-3 day March meeting, Shaul didn't hear strong enthusiam for coordination.  Combining both may be a challenge.

 +      * Julian: case for conjoined workshops is decreasing.
