  * Notes:
      * 1/f noise discussion.  Action for Brendan: try to find a plot of a Planck 143 GHz noise PSD after the dark bolometer decorrelation 
      * Paolo Natoli is reportedly willing to doing MC runs similar to those done for CORE systematics paper (which makes calls to MADAM destriper), see Fig. 10 for summary of effects of 1/f noise.
      * Back to the discussion of the systematics list.
          * How to deal with sidelobes that are unmeasureable directly on orbit or on the ground.
          * Jacques thesis potentially presents a solution: spatial frequencies are quite smooth and typically large.  Airy rings are averaged down due to broad bands.  So make a model of the sidelobes as very large pixels.  Solve for this using a global inversion.
          * Chromatic beam effects.  Yes these were a worry for Planck (though no evidence was found that these effects were a problem) but maybe for large scale B-mode science it's just not a problem if the beam is small compared to the angular scale of the primary B-mode features.
