+    * Gain sims: stuck on toast problems.  Two bugs.  TOAST used to produce timelines, each node runs in parallel.  First bug: slight problem with sample indexing: each process overlaps by one sample. not serious. Second bug is a pointing problem at the boundary between each processes timeline.  Andrea and Ted were looking into this, but no news.  Brendan to talk to Julian to get updates.  Code benchmarking looked good.
