     - Temporary and permanent storage: *Separated sample storage rooms for screening and for keeping
     - Sample and detector handling: *Clean room with class 10,000, liquid nitrogen,  sample preparation including assay materials, fume hoods 
     - Jigs, fixtures, scaffolds, etc. necessary: Jigs for sample preparation; Lab fixtures: standard lab requirements aand air monitoring for certain gases
     - E & O activities: daily (emergency 24/7); Training students
  - Occupancy:
     - Steady: Two people
     - Peak: Ten people
