Geant4 - current output allows for these to be extracted, need to extract

for energy/flux we should probably start with Lead, on the Geant4 side we can re-run the sim with the NIST database for material definition, to see if the isotopic abundances were right and/or had an effect. We can also look in detail at the capture time spectra which we haven't compared in detail yet to see if there are clues.
