Deliver by 12/18/09

1)      Team roles and responsibilites: If you have filled out your 
contact form, then you have completed this deliverable.

2)      Science and project objectives: Much of this we anticipate you 
can collect from your S4 or other proposals; however, we also want to 
know about anticipated evolution over the coming decade for your 
proposed experiment and how its deployment might be phased.

 

Deliver by 1/29/10

3)      Location of your experiment: For BGE experiments this means 
identification of instrumentation and equipment at a specific location 
or locations at a particular level, ramp, or shaft; for physics 
experiments, this means identification of either the mid-level (4850L) 
or deep-level (7400L) campus for installation of your experiment.

4)      Experiment installation drawing: This should establish the 
required footprint and identify all major subsystems.

5)      Requirements and hazard identification: In addition to 
requirements at the experiment installation site, underground and 
surface spaces for fabrication, assembly, and other uses should be 
identified. Major hazards and handling and mitigation plans should be 
identified. Interviews with the DUSEL science and engineering liaison 
staff will help define requirements.
