This is a self-organizing tool. Once there are several people looking for rides from the same airport at the same time, please contact each other and decide who will rent. That person then puts their name under Offering Rides if they have free spaces and those who will ride with him/her remove their names from the Needing Ride list. It is usually easy to rent cars a week before the conference.
