Registration is OPEN. We recommend you buy tickets ASAP. Friday is a full day, so you should come the night before. The formal program will end Saturday at 1 pm, but optional meetings will take place Saturday afternoon, so we expect some people to stay over Saturday night as well.

Our on-going goal is to create a Common Simulation Framework, including backgrounds and muon flux, for experiments at Homestake and around the world, as well as our own simulation for the FAARM facility. A high priority item for this meeting is collaboration with the Dark Matter Writing Group to establish a depth requirement for DM experiments.

There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the Physics Dept.

We will provide coffee breaks, but you will have to purchase your own lunches. There are plenty of places within walking distance for lunch near Aloft (Friday) and the Physics Dept (Saturday). Friday night will be a banquet at a restaurant soon to be determined.

The Aloft Hotel has reserved a block of rooms which will be released on Oct 21. Unlike last year, you will have to make your own reservations by calling the hotel at

As part of the AARM S4 funding, we can offer reimbursement on travel and lodging of up to $800. with receipts, etc. You will have to pay for your room and get reimbursed.

• The BEST WAY (fastest & cheapest) is Light Rail from inside airport northbound (to Minneapolis) to Metrodome stop and walk 2 blocks.
