   * wrt the WBS - it can be flexible - from my perspective it seemed to me you did spell out specific steps in the development of the facility,  so I think the WBS should just layout what, if any, are the choke points in the development of the project design and how will you go about  resolving them by June 2010 followed by additional time to complete the final project design and any measurements that are required.  one example of this might be the water shielding.

 +===== Administrative =====
 +  * Kara Keeter meant to join, but has laryngitis: interested in ultra-pure water and/or liquid scintillator shields, I'm not sure if radon and other impurity monitoring and assay was included in that or if someone else is doing that.  Also ultra-pure noble gas and liquids such as argon; I hope to build a trace-gas analyzer based on cavity ring-down spectroscopy technology, for measuring levels of impurities such as N2, O2, and H2O.  Our plans are innovative (especially for the N2) and promise to achieve at least a factor of 10 improvement in sensitivity.

 +Also, I don't know if this fits in anywhere but I am collaborating with Philippe Collon at Notre Dame on some AMS measurements of potassium levels in rope fibers and acrylic samples for SNO+.  (As a matter of fact we are both at ISU today to discuss things.)  I would like to build a setup in a clean room for preparing samples for AMS testing.  Recent literature suggests AMS may be more sensitive than ICPMS for 40K.  So far we only have relative measurements, we plan to run with a known standard in the spring for absolute measurements.
 +
 +We also discussed a post-doc for me, and also handling the training of operators for the facility.  I don't think I've mentioned it to you but we are tentatively discussing BHSU providing some sort of support for radiation licensing, which I assume would also entail some sort of training for users.
 +  * Can you help me identify all the S4 and PI's?
 +  * Teleconference possibilities in the future
