Meeting Details

Time 10 am CDT (Dallas) (11 am EDT, 9 am MDT)

- Go to the following website: http://shemp.physics.smu.edu/physics/index.jsp

  1. Enter your name in the box 'Full Name'. This is how your name will be displayed for everyone to see.
  2. Select 'Virtual Room - AARM Conference Room' from the pull down session menu.
  3. Enter the pswd for the conference 'faarm'. Note it is case sensitive.
  4. Hit the 'Join' button.

Once the session starts you will be prompted to 'allow' or 'deny' flash settings. You should select 'allow'. Then you will see a box to test your audio settings. If everything looks good hit 'Join Audio'.

Minutes

Attendees: Silvia, Kimberly, Chao and Jodi Excused: Marco

We discussed Silvia's outline. Key questions that we need to ponder include:

  1. What sort of mock universal simulations should we present in order to demonstrate what issues may arise when one propagates the spectra in GEANT (or MCPX). Issues which may be of interest is to figure out what features are washed out and what might appear (ie resonances).

  • Kimberly - Section III writing, will put together some slides that present options for simulations
