Finally, we concluded by talking about the capabilities of the various participants. PNNL has excellent ICPMS capability, which will likely not help us much with these studies. They can produce blank material (and have done it in the past, verified by XIA LLC). SDSMT has a commercial alpha counter available and an air sampler.
