 The Windows installation is now working, but buggy.  In order to install, several patches were made.  Keith will document his specific steps this week.
-The Linux installation of CouchDB is working.  However, Lucene is not working now and still is not.  We can not proceed with the linux machines until a search engine is installed.  Ben suggested that we use the native, internal search engine in CouchDB as an intermediate solution.  Although it is slower than Lucene, it will work.  We can always go back to Lucene or another engine at a later time without much loss of work.  Ben will show Keith what he knows and Keith will proceed with the project.
