Requirements from PI of Omnibus Proposal 20070920
Must be senior enough (but not too senior) to have credibility outside our field.
Have to have experience organizing large numbers of people and activities simultaneously.
Should have experience on a large experimental project so that they can speak intelligently about technical trade-offs.
Must absolutely be able to make a clear and convincing case to a serious set of heavyweights all over the country for the next two years.
