I would like to suggest that we not wait until the proposal is written, submitted, reviewed, and funded to get going on PPPDT work. In particular, I suggest that we invite theorists, perhaps 2 at a time, to participate in telecons aimed at better understanding the CMBPOL science case. Potential telecon paired guests might include (Efstathiou + Steinhardt), (Albrecht + Liddle), (Turner + Linde), etc.

I suspect by doing this in pairs the different conversations will be different in tone and content, everyone would have time to say what they want to say, and all this may help the PPPDT to synthesize and format the questions for a future workshop.
