As for Uranium, find some info [[http://www.nea.fr/html/ndd/reports/2006/uranium2005-english.pdf|here]]. This comes from a report on many aspects of nuclear energy and comes from the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency. It includes some numbers on the total amount of Uranium present on Earth--though not broken down by location--and some figures which allow for a conversion from metric tons of Uranium ore to Joules of energy.
