CSE-IT supports the physics and astronomy servers, administrative staff, network, and linux and windows workstations.

===== Questions & Requests =====
  * First, search [[:computing:home|our support wiki]] - your question may already be answered here.
  * Send email to [[csehelp@umn.edu]] - This will create a help ticket which we will use to track your issue. It also allows us to track trends and recurring problems, and ensure we collect the information we need to process your request. Be sure to provide as many details regarding you issue as possible.

You can also look for us in Physics/Nano room 347. Please remember though, that we do not operate a general-purpose help desk, and so we can't promise anyone will be available to assist with non-urgent walk-in issues.

  * Anyone experiencing system problems should call the CSE-IT Service Desk **612-625-0876**.

===== University Systems =====
For issues with university systems, such as Enterprise systems (Peoplesoft, etc), the wireless network, or central email system, please call the OIT help desk at 1-HELP (612-301-4357).
