====== Resolving printing problems ======

**Printing doesn't work - job goes into queue but doesn't actually print**
  - Restart the Windows print spooler. This solves 90% of windows print problems.
    - there should be an icon on the desktop and/or start menu called "Restart Spooler.bat" - run this.
    - wait 5 minutes.
    - you may have to remove the original print job and reprint it.


Sometimes it's necessary to remove the printer and re-add it from the server.
