====== How to get IT help ======

For support with a **Physics-managed** computer, send email to [[csehelp@umn.edu]]
  * Physics Windows 10 and linux computers are clearly labelled on the login screen
  * They should almost always have a label attached with the computer name. The name is also on the login screen. Windows computer names are prefixed "SPA-".

Any other computers are **not supported by Physics IT**. You can get some level of help at the following OIT walk-in support centers, and by phone or email. Visit their [[https://it.umn.edu/help|web page]] to learn more.
