Consultation or initial discussions related to grievances or appeals can be handled informally, and be brought, either anonymously or otherwise, before the following School channels:


  * Head, School of Physics and Astronomy
  * Associate Head, School of Physics and Astronomy
  * Director of Graduate Studies
  * Director of Undergraduate Studies
  * Undergraduate and Graduate Advisors
  * EEOO officer of the School of Physics

The SPA officers listed here can also recommend or initiate a more formal complaint or grievance resolution process at the School, College, or University levels.
