As for Uranium, find some info here. This comes from a report on many aspects of nuclear energy and comes from the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency. It includes some numbers on the total amount of Uranium present on Earth–though not broken down by location–and some figures which allow for a conversion from metric tons of Uranium ore to Joules of energy.
