Printing doesn't work - job goes into queue but doesn't actually print

1. Restart the Windows print spooler
   1. there should be an icon on the desktop and/or start menu called “Restart Spooler.bat” - run this.
   2. wait 5 minutes.
   3. you may have to remove the original print job and reprint it.
