-There is no application form.  You need to send the abstract of your talk to the [[yk@physics.umn.edu|Director of Graduate Studies]], preferably by Email.  If you don't have an abstract handy, but your slides (in pdf, ppt or any other sensible form) are available, send them instead.  Then I will inform Shelley Frankel about your eligibility.  When you get back from the trip, ask [[shelley@physics.umn.edu|Shelley]] how to get the money, and she will tell you what you need to do.
