| Mathematics Requirements (15-16 cr.) | Credits |
| Math 1271-1272-2243-2263 | Calculus I, II, Linear Algebra and Differential Equations, Multivariable Calculus | 15-16 |
| or Math 1371-1372-2373-2374 | Calculus: Concepts, Explorations, and Applications I, II, III, IV |
| or Math 1571H-1572H-2573H-2574H | Honors Calculus I, II, III, IV |
| Junior and Senior Physics Requirements (18 cr.) | Credits |
| These can be chosen from courses at the 4XXX or 5XXX-level, but must include the following: |
| PHYS 4001 | Analytical Mechanics | Select at least two of these courses | 7-8 |
| PHYS 4002 | Electricity and Magnetism |
| PHYS 4101 | Quantum Mechanics |
| PHYS 4051 | Methods of Experimental Physics I | 5 |
| Completion of a Physics Project by one of the following: |
| PHYS 4052W | Methods of Experimental Physics II | 3-5 |
| or an alternate project subject to departmental approval |
| Any credits received in completing the physics project count towards the requirement of 18 credits total in upper division courses |
