Plots for new nside=2048 foreground model 98 and 99

Recently Jacques and Flavien have provided new files updating their models to nside=2048 - which we can include when performing lensing reconstruction. The plots in this posting can be compared to the previous nside=512 versions shown in Data challenge maps II and Decorrelation plots for foreground models.
