Notes
(notes by Shaul)
Julian is running PICO noise. Should be available within few days. Running 1, 2, 4 years. Sky models are available.
Shaul asks about which skies are available. Currently only one: PySM A2D7F1S3.
Discussion about how many models to include. There are two axes to explore, that of multiple sky models with the same analysis, or that of the same sky model with different methods, and then combinations of the two. Clem advocated in the past that we have common models as S4. Decision: start with two models, the existing PySM and the MHD motivated model.
Action: Matthieu and Belen will run their analyses on these models. Estimate for initial results in 2-4 weeks, depending on technique. Julian will contact Josquin (SMICA?), Carlo and Raphael (NILC).
Question: which dust model to put into the MHD model? Decision: Modified BB (I think)
Matthieu wants Brandon's maps with nside = 16. Brandon will generate.
Point source polarization: if we use high \ell we need to include point source polarization. Leave this for the future.
Experts in dust and synchrotron should look at the new maps.
