Agenda + Notes:

We discussed the paper draft.

  • A formula for L3 has been added by Mathieu in the appendix. This fomula explicitly writes the (residual) lensing term that is present in the formula, it was agreed that we should also include this term for the other two (L1 and L2), and clarify that the tests shown for illustration of the differences in the appendix assume zero lensing, i.e. A_L=0
  • We agreed that a table summarizing the main properties of the foregrounds would be useful —> Brandon, could you take care of it, in connection with Clem?
  • We thought that some figures illustrating the foreground models (spectra, and perhaps also maps) might be useful. As a first step Mathieu will try to make figures of spectra showing the total foreground spectra at 3 frequencies and for the 5 models, compared to the CMB signal level, for B-modes. We tentatively picked 21, 154.6 and 798.7 GHz, but I am as an afterthought I am concerned that at the two extreme frequencies the CMB B-modes will be so low that the y-axis will be unreasonable, even in log scale… To be checked.
  • There is a need to clarify what is done at nside=512 and what at nside=2048.
  • The caption of figure 8 is misleading. —> Sebastian, we understand that what is shown in the lowest two rows is the residual after delensing, while the caption gives the impression that what is shown is the subtracted lensing. To be clarified.
  • Everyone should fill-in their ORCID number.
