Map simulations

• Full focal plane noise sims: completed, but with reduced number of detectors due to memory issues. Adjusted noise level to match noise level equivalent to full focal plane. All looks reasonable so far. These were originally intended for foreground sims but Clem's sims are being used for now. Can compare the TOAST sims against the Clem sims.
