• Summary of what exists now
• Liasons should simply review the existing resources and summarize what they find, then get agency feedback on their summaries and determine what still needs answering .
• Looking at these summaries, we can isolate specific differences between agency trends.
• What can we learn from the Review Process itself?

• AAS will prepare a summary of their demographics information over last decade and send to us.
  • number of members (junior and full) and their fields
• We need to gather that information also from APS, AGU, which others?
• AAS will help to make up a survey on the impact of reduced success rate on researchers
  • We draft first set of questions
  • James L. and Todd will collect and relay to AAS Public Policy Committee for review and edit
  • Have AIP do a professional survey based on these questions. $$$ requires a good case to be made.
