• Summary of what exists on the wiki. referenced from last teleconf.

• AAS will help make up a survey on the impact of reduced success rate on researchers, then give to AIP for a professional survey (James L. and Todd will interface to AAS Public Policy)
• WHO will do this? We need to start drafting the AIP survey questions.
• We need to gather that information also from APS, AGU (later…)

• Draft of this section by Keivan. The first part of it will be incorporated into the NASA Astro part of “The Problem”.
