As the project grows there is a need for a consistent simulation framework, this is an effort to outline this framework working off of some suggestions by Dongming Mei. In the end the facility should have key knowledge of the DUSEL environment and backgrounds that will be common to all installed experiments while still maintaining the flexibility for the user to satisfy their unique simulation needs without large duplication of effort. To this end a generalized simulation package should be developed and tested by memebers of the FAARM collaboration with specific attention to flexibility of use. The goal here is to begin a simulation working group which can be contributed to by many and still maintain a coherent approach.
