- Go to the following website: http://shemp.physics.smu.edu/physics/index.jsp

1. Enter your name in the box 'Full Name'. This is how your name will be displayed for everyone to see.
2. Select 'Virtual Room - AARM Conference Room' from the pull down session menu.
3. Enter the pswd for the conference 'faarm'. Note it is case sensitive.
4. Hit the 'Join' button.

Once the session starts you will be prompted to 'allow' or 'deny' flash settings. You should select 'allow'. Then you will see a box to test your audio settings. If everything looks good hit 'Join Audio'.

Much discussion of what should be included in the paper, how to best share the document and writing responsibilities.

Action Items:

1. We will use Dropbox to facilitate sharing of the document. Care will need to be taken that two people are not editing at the same time. Should be feasible with such a small group.
2. Silvia will write an outline for the paper that will be distributed to the group for comment.
3. We will meet again in two weeks.
