Once you have received notification of your award and the reimbursement limit, you simply fill out the Reimbursement Form up to the amount allowed, include a copy of the receipts, and send to

The packet can also be scanned and emailed to kaplan@physics.umn.edu. If you have questions about your reimbursement, please email Jody Kaplan.

In order to minimize the impact on younger researchers, you are welcome to send your reimbursement form for plane tickets immediately following their purchase, rather than after attending the workshop.

Since these are NSF funds, you can only be reimbursed for tickets associated with an American Carrier.
