Adding Fonts on Windows 7

Adding fonts on the Windows 7 workstations doesn't follow the normal “Fonts Control Panel” method.

Your profile contains a folder named “My Fonts” (you can find it in the file explorer next to My Documents, etc). If you have additional fonts you need to use, copy them into this folder (font files normally have an extension like .ttf or .otf). Next time you log in, the fonts should be available for use. Note - they won't be visible in the Fonts Control panel, but they will be available within applications such as Wordpad, etc.

The newly-added fonts are part of your profile, so they should be available on any computer you log into, rather than just one.
