-There is no application form.  You need to send the abstract of your talk to the [[yk@physics.umn.edu|Director of Graduate Studies]], preferably by Email.  If you don't have an abstract handy, but your slides (in pdf, ppt or any other sensible form) are available, send them instead.  The DGS will inform Shelley Frankel about your eligibility.  When you get back from the trip, ask [[shelley@physics.umn.edu|Shelley]] how to proceed with your reimbursement.  Bear in mind before you leave on your trip that you will need to save receipts equivalent to the amount you are seeking.
