4100C

4100 level, room shared with B. Roggenthen. Train passes nearby but not often. The floor is buckling, but the tile should be in an area that seems flat. Bill has some electronics in the room, but does not appear to be noisy.

Status: tile installed, huts built, power and network should already be installed. Need to define a place for electronics.
