Coffee break prices for 1000 people for 10 days is $190k.
Banquet is $50/person and reception is $41/person, assuming 500 people +- 250.

Pretty campus, but very hilly (could this be an accessibility issue?)
Attractive area to visit, could be considered more family friendly as a result.

Somewhat geographically isolated, though it is close to a major airport.
Expensive registration on top of expensive distance and I wouldn't expect seattle to be that cheap either…
Local organizing committee a little small? (I thought there would be more at UW)
